 atorvastatin STUDY
We are looking for healthy volunteers aged 18-50 years to take part in a study investigating how a statin (a medication commonly used to reduce cholesterol) changes the way we process emotional information and rewarding information, and its effect on inflammation.

The study consists of 2 sessions (4 hours in total). It involves psychological tasks and taking one tablet each day for 7 days between the two study visits.

You will be asked questions about your medical history to check your suitability for the study and a blood sample will be taken at each visit.

Email: riccardo.degiorgi@bnc.ox.ac.uk
Call: 01865 618238
Ethics Approval Ref: R61966/RE001

For all studies, there is no obligation to take part and you will be compensated for your time and expenses.
All visits take place at the Warneford hospital unless stated otherwise.
